Unsung Heroes
Sarris Construction
From left to right:
Philip Sarris, Vincent, and Nacho
No website, no blog, just word of mouth. Great guys taking care of their clients.
Philips guys doing what it takes to get the job done.
My one and only plumber, Jeff Watt with son, Andrew Watt.
Who would've guessed that my little postage stamp of dirt would cause so much grief. The digging uncovered gas pipes that had us shaking our heads and wondering how PG&E got away with shoddy work. The water pipes had to be relaid, brick from some long forgotten era came to the surface along with an inactive gas pipe. And making it all incredibly hard to dig are the roots of a removed palm tree that the city would not let us plant in the sidewalk area 20+ years ago. My how our city has evolved.
All in all if we didn't have our unsung heroes doing the dirty work old school, where would San Francisco be? Thank you guys!!

More than a Pretty Face
Scaffolding goes down in two weeks, so I am told. What comes next?!
The Metalsmith, Fisherman and Gardner based in San Francisco. As Mr. Prairie Prince will tell you, life is just a stage. And the next stage of this project involves Morgan's expertise.
